1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
2. To expedite the service process, we recommend placing items from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, we suggest checking out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up your items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during operating hours. If items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please enter a pickup date within 14 days from the date of purchase on the order page. If you select a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record a date within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. If there are changes in service/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
