＊Free admission for Taiwanese preschoolers under 115cm or under (and including) 6 years old, one parent must accompany the ticket holder.

＊You must present the printed use certificate when participating in the event, or you can present an electronic use certificate on your cell phone.
＊If your plans change and you want to visit before or after the date you booked, you will need to request the change at the Taipei 101 ticket counter directly or you may call +886 2-8101-8899.

＊After your order is completed, a "successful order notification" will be sent to the email address you provided when you made your order, containing the verification QR code. Please present your ID and verification code at the 5F Observation Deck ticket counter in Taipei 101 during the appointment time and the service staff will make your confirmation.
＊Please cooperate with the security check of your belongings when entering the venue, and do not bring in any outside food, pets, prohibited items or dangerous items.
