After completing your order, a "Successful Order Notification" will be sent to the Email address you provided during the order process. This notification will contain a QR code for redeeming the product. Please visit the Big Foot Travel Agency Reception Room (Address: 6th Floor, No. 2, Section 2, Nanjing East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City) at the scheduled time, and present your ID along with the QR code for verification by our staff.

1. Cabin supply conditions will be adjusted based on actual booking situations, and the travel dates are for reference only.
2. The voyage may vary due to seasonal and weather factors, and the actual itinerary will be based on the one confirmed on the departure date.
3. A standardized travel contract must be signed at the time of booking to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

In the order page, please fill in the scheduled pick-up date within 14 days from the order date; if a date beyond 14 days from the order date is selected, the system will record a date within 14 days from the order date.
4. In case of changes to services/activities, or the products, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
