This combo ticket includes the following two items:
One full-price ticket to the Taipei 101 Observatory (excluding the 101F).
One general admission ticket to the National Palace Museum (valid for the Main Building and the Zhishan Garden).
• This combo ticket has a 30-day validity period. Each ticket can be used only once. All tickets must be used within 30 days from the first ticket activation (including the day of first use). For example, if the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, the latest usage date will be October 30, 2025.

The National Palace Museum, established in 1965 in Wai-Shuang-Xi, Taipei, is surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery. Its palace-style architecture houses exhibition spaces on the first to third floors. The museum boasts the richest collection of Chinese cultural relics and artworks in the world, with treasures dating back to the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties, totaling over 690,000 items. It is renowned as one of the world's four major museums.
This ticket grants general admission to the National Palace Museum, allowing access to both the Main Building and the Zhishan Garden.

After completing your booking, a “Booking Confirmation Email” will be sent to the email address you provided. The email will include QR codes for both attractions.
Please visit the attractions at your reserved time. No ticket exchange is required.
Taipei 101 Observatory: Present the QR code directly at the 5F Observatory entrance for admission.
National Palace Museum: Present the QR code directly at the Museum entrance for admission.

Taipei 101 Observatory Operating Hours: 10:00 - 21:00
Last admission: 20:15. On special holidays or consecutive holidays, operating hours may be subject to change, which will be announced separately.
•Please complete your registration and purchase by the day before your scheduled visit; same-day reservations are not available on-site.
•This product includes one full ticket to the observatory (excluding 101F).
•This product includes one regular admission ticket to the National Palace Museum, which allows access to the main building and the Zhi Shan Garden.
•Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to collect your tickets, to avoid forfeiting your admission rights.
•The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you need to change the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and rebook. See the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for more details.
•Once any product is redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
•Redemption is allowed only once; after redemption, no refunds or cancellation of redemption are possible.
•Cancellations or postponements of events may be conducted by the organizers in accordance with the "Regulations on Suspension of Work and Classes due to Natural Disasters" as decided by city or county governments, or when other operational management units deem it necessary to close all or part of the facilities due to actual conditions affecting visitor safety. Advance notice and contact will be provided. For details not covered, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change event details. •Each product in this package can be used only once.
