1. Our system does not support order modification. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and reorder. Refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping guidelines for more details.
2. To speed up the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart to proceed to the checkout process; if you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is advisable to checkout separately.
3. After successful payment, please collect your items within 14 days (including the day of order) during the business hours of Taipei 101 Shopping Center. If the items are not collected within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. The scheduled pickup date on the order page should be within 14 days from the order date. If a date beyond 14 days from the order date is selected, the system will record a date within 14 days from the order date.
4. In case of changes in services/activities, or product adjustments, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may directly contact the purchaser or cancel the order as necessary.
