1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please come to Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours to pick up your items. If you fail to pick up the items within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pick-up date on the ordering page within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date more than 14 days from the date of purchase, the system will record it as within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. In the event of changes due to service/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
