After completing your order, a "Successful Order Notification" will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process. It will include a redemption QR code for the appreciation service. Please arrive at the ticket counter on the 5th floor 30 minutes before your scheduled experience time, wait for the staff to guide you upstairs, and present your ID along with the redemption code for verification by the service personnel.

【Temporary Adjustment Announcement for the Observatory Ticket Office and Entrance】

Due to internal space and operational planning, starting from July 1, 2026, the Taipei 101 Observatory ticket office and entrance will be temporarily relocated to the "Office Building on the 1st Floor".

※ The "Skyline460 Single Ticket" is not included in the promotional activities.

Opening Hours/Important Information:
★Experience Sessions: 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, each session lasts about 50 minutes. If the 2:00 PM session has less than 7 participants, it will be postponed to 3:00 PM★
＊Suitable for ages 12 - 75, weight 30 - 120 kg, and height must be over 145 cm
＊How to Redeem: Please present your voucher at the ticket counter on the 5th floor 30 minutes before the scheduled time and wait for staff guidance
＊Full refunds will be issued if the experience is not available due to poor weather conditions

- Last admission: 8:15 PM

【Temporary Adjustment Notice for the Observation Deck Ticket Office and Entrance】

Due to space and operational planning within the building, starting from July 1, 2026, the Taipei 101 Observation Deck ticket office and entrance will be temporarily relocated to "Office Building 1st Floor".

- This ticket includes access to: 89F Observation Deck, 88F Exit Level (Tuned Mass Damper observation area)


Important Notes:
-Participants must sign an activity agreement on the day of the experience agreeing to adhere to the Taipei 101 Observation Deck Skyline460 safety regulations.
-For safety, eyeglass cords and phone cases will be provided, and all photographic equipment must be secured with safety lanyards.
-Tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed on the observation deck.
-Participants must wear safety gear; it is advisable to wear trousers and flat shoes for easy fitting of the safety gear. Please do not wear shoes that are unsuitable for walking or high heels.
-If the experience is canceled due to poor weather, participants will be notified at least 1 hour before the experience, and arrangements for another session or a full refund will be offered.
-The experience will conclude on the 89th floor, and participants may choose to continue visiting this floor or leave.
-If the activity is terminated early due to weather conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or alter the event, and once the activity has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be possible.
-Given that Skyline460 is a high-altitude experience, individuals with disabilities should assess their own physical and mental conditions to determine if they are suitable for participation, following the guidelines and announcements provided on site to prevent any health concerns.
-Participation is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions: high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnant women.

The system does not offer an order modification feature. If you need to change the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and rebook. Refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping information.
