1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in the order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. For detailed instructions, please refer to the shopping instructions for order modifications.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, which will allow you to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date), during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please enter a pick-up date within 14 days from the date of purchase on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the date of purchase, the system will record within the 14-day period from the date of purchase.
4. If there are any changes in services/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
