The Reverso watch series is the first in history to feature a rectangular reversible case designed to protect the dial. Since its introduction in 1931, it has been considered an irreplaceable icon of watchmaking. Originally created for polo players, the watch quickly gained popularity among both men and women due to its innovative design and exquisite Art Deco style. Within a year of the launch of the first Reverso watch, several models for women were introduced, interpreting the original aesthetic elements with even more delicate craftsmanship. The square reversible case is geometrically pleasing, the triangular lugs are beveled, and the horizontal decorative patterns complement the hour markers in a unique way.
The watch is equipped with the Jaeger-LeCoultre 844 hand-wound movement, entirely developed and produced by the Grande Maison, providing 50 hours of power reserve. This ensures that both sets of hands on the front and reverse dials are powered synchronously, indicating the same time accurately. The curved edges of the case are set with 335 diamonds, complementing the inverted diamond on the crown, creating a jewelry-style appeal. The silver dial on the back features a sunburst guilloché pattern and Arabic numeral hour markers.
