After placing your order, you will receive a "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you provided during the purchase. This email will contain a QR code for redeeming the product. Please present your identification and the QR code at the Guo Yuan Yi counter in the souvenir area on B1F of Taipei 101 Shopping Center at your scheduled time, where our staff will assist you.
