1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place items from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase. This will allow you to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. Failure to pick up the items within 14 days will result in automatic order cancellation. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the purchase date. If you choose a date more than 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. If there are any changes in services/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
