Validity & Usage Rules:
The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation.
Each ticket may be used once only.
Example: If the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, all tickets in this package must be used by October 30, 2025.

Once the pass is activated at the MRT gate, it will be valid for 48 consecutive hours with unlimited rides within the Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro systems.
One pass is valid for one person only.
The pass does not include Taoyuan Airport MRT.

Location: After customs, proceed straight to the left end of the hall.
Terminal 2 Arrival Hall (Counter No. 1 – You You Ke Service Counter)
Opening Hours: 04:30 – 23:00
Location: After customs, the counter is on the right-hand side.
At MRT Stations:
Taipei Main Station (BL12/R10)
Ximen Station (BL11/G12)
Songshan Airport Station (BR13)
Opening Hours: 06:00 – 23:59
How to Use the Pass:
After collecting your physical card, you may choose your activation date.
The pass will be activated automatically upon first entry at an MRT gate.
It allows unlimited rides within 48 consecutive hours after activation.
Simply tap the card at the gate’s sensor area. When the green arrow appears and a beep sounds, the gate will open.
The pass is valid for all Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro lines, but not valid for Taoyuan Airport MRT.

After completing your booking, a “Booking Confirmation Email” will be sent to the email address you provided. The email will include QR codes for both attractions.
Please visit at your reserved time.
Taipei 101 Observatory: Present the QR code directly at the 5F Observatory entrance for admission.
Taipei Metro 48-Hour Pass: Present the QR code at the designated MRT station service counter to redeem your physical ticket card.

Taipei 101 Observatory Hours: 10:00 - 21:00
Last admission time: 20:15. During special holidays or consecutive holidays, business hours will be announced separately.
• Please complete your reservation by the day before your visit. Same-day reservations are not available on-site.
• This product includes one full ticket to the observatory (excluding 101F).
• This product includes one 48-hour Taipei Metro pass.
• With the Taipei Metro 48-hour pass, travelers can redeem their pass card using a QR CODE at designated locations within the validity period of the electronic ticket. Once activated by the automatic sensing gates at the station, it allows unlimited rides for 48 consecutive hours, with each ride limited to one person.
• Upon entering the station, lightly touch the physical pass card to the sensing area. When the gate emits a beep and the screen displays a green arrow, the gate will open to allow passage; upon exiting, the gate will sense your card and open for you to exit.
• This pass is valid for Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro, excluding Taoyuan Airport Metro.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to pick up your ticket, in order to avoid losing your admission rights.
• The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you wish to change the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and rebook. See the order modification instructions in the shopping information.
• Once a product is redeemed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
• Can only be redeemed once, after which it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• This product does not accumulate shopping credits.
• This product has a 30-day validity limit; it must be used within 30 days from the day the first ticket is activated (including the day of the first ticket use). For example, if the first product is activated on October 1, 2025, the final usage date is October 30, 2025.
• This ticket must be used within its validity period. Once expired, it is automatically considered used and completed, and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Purchasing a ticket signifies that you have read and agree to the above regulations.
