After placing an order, you will receive a "Order Confirmation" email to the email address provided during checkout. This email will contain a QR code for redeeming the purchased item. Please visit the gift shop on the 5th floor of Taipei 101 Shopping Mall during business hours, and present your identification and the QR code for verification by our staff.
All product images are taken from real objects. Due to differences in computer screen colors, shooting light, and other factors, there may be slight differences between the photos and the actual objects. Please refer to the actual product.
Due to manual measurement, the size specifications may have an error of plus or minus 2cm. Please refer to the actual product.

The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you need to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only items from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
After successful payment, please pick up your order at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase, including the purchase date. If the order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the purchase date. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it within 14 days from the purchase date.
If there are changes in services/activities or products, or if necessary, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly to cancel the order.
