The Portofino Moon Phase Automatic Watch 37 Snake Year Special Edition (model IW459604) features a 37mm stainless steel case and a burgundy dial. This unique red color symbolizes the vibrant hues of fire, often used to celebrate the Lunar New Year in China. The moon phase display at 12 o'clock is extremely precise, deviating from the actual lunar orbit by only one day after 122 years. The golden moon and stars stand out against the burgundy background, perfectly complementing the gold-plated hands and hour markers.

The watch is powered by the in-house 32800 caliber automatic movement from IWC, providing a power reserve of up to five days. Another highlight is hidden on the back of the watch: a gold-plated snake-shaped balance wheel, echoing the Lunar New Year theme. To offer even more versatility, the Portofino Moon Phase Automatic Watch 37 comes with two straps – one in black alligator leather and the other in burgundy alligator leather, both equipped with a butterfly folding clasp. The quick-change system allows the wearer to easily alter the watch's appearance.
