A CUT Steakhouse at The Grand Hotel Taipei, in its first collaboration with Taipei 101 in 2025, creates an exclusive banquet for Taipei 101 co-branded card members.

The set meal includes "cold appetizer/hot appetizer/soup/main course/dessert/beverage", with the main course featuring the renowned "Hermès of the butchery world" CopperTree Farms dry-aged 50-day bone-in New York strip steak as the star. It is paired with seasonally focused cold/hot appetizers and soup. The meal concludes perfectly with A CUT's signature dessert, soufflé, rounding out a rich dining experience.

After completing your order, a "Successful Order Notification" will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of order. It will contain a QR code for the redemption of the appreciation service. Please arrive at the scheduled time at The Ambassador Hotel A CUT STEAKHOUSE, and present your ID along with the redemption code for verification by our staff.

1. The meal price is NT$5,500 per person +10%. This platform only provides reservation services, and the final amount payable is subject to the amount at the venue.
2.One Michelin-selected set meal, which includes: a cold appetizer, a hot appetizer, soup, a main course, dessert, and coffee or tea
3. The dish content will be slightly adjusted according to the season and on-site availability.
4. This meal must be reserved three days in advance, and is not available for same-day service.
5. This set meal is not available on special holidays, including both Western and Chinese Valentine's Day, and national holidays.
