Carefully select the freshest seasonal ingredients from Taiwan, including fresh seafood such as grouper, live crab, sea urchin, eel, and fresh shrimp, as well as a variety of poultry such as pork, chicken, goose, and duck, and a colorful array of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Chef Xie Wen uses local ingredients as a canvas, and Cantonese, Sichuan, Northeastern, and Taiwanese cooking techniques as pigments, meticulously outlining and portraying a series of beautiful and colorful culinary masterpieces!

After completing the booking, a "Successful Booking Notification" will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. This email will contain a QR code for admission to the viewing service. Please present your identification and the QR code at the reception desk of the 1st floor observation restaurant at Taipei 101 at the scheduled time, where our staff will assist you.

1. Dress Code
．Ladies: Please avoid wearing slippers and sportswear
．Gentlemen: Please avoid wearing slippers, sandals, shorts above the knee, and tank tops
2. Prepayment and Reservation Cancellation Policy
．The deadline for cancelling a reservation is 2 days before the meal (excluding the day of the meal), and the prepayment deposit will be fully refunded.
．Cancellation of the reservation with less than 2 days' notice (excluding the day of the meal) will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment deposit.
3. Other Notices
．Corkage Fee: Wine (750ml) $1,000/bottle; Spirits (less than 1L) $1,500/bottle
．Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars and are subject to a 10% service charge
．In accordance with the policies of the 101 Building, pets (except guide dogs) are not allowed in this restaurant
4. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the shopping instructions for details on how to modify orders.
