★Indoor observation deck on the 89th floor
The 382-meter-high observation deck on the 89th floor offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Taipei City and provides various other facilities, including ultra-high-power telescopes (own expense), commemorative photo services (own expense), beverage bars (own expense), and four-language Interactive travel platform, the world’s highest post office box.
★Outdoor observation deck on the 91st floor (closed on rainy days)
Follow the stairs on the 89th floor to the outdoor observation deck on the 91st floor for a completely unique viewing experience. Climbing to the top of the tower, visitors can feel the strong wind, sea of clouds and vast sky, and enjoy the view of the highest point of the tower, which is 508 meters high.
★The world’s largest wind shelter on the 88th floor
The 89th to 88th floors are the wind damper area. Visitors can take a close look at the complete structure of the world's largest 5.5-meter wind damper and the heaviest 660 tons and take photos.

＊Free admission for Taiwanese preschoolers under 115cm or under (and including) 6 years old, one parent must accompany the ticket holder.

＊You must present the printed use certificate when participating in the event, or you can present an electronic use certificate on your cell phone.
＊If your plans change and you want to visit before or after the date you booked, you will need to request the change at the Taipei 101 ticket counter directly or you may call +886 2-8101-8899.

＊After your order is completed, a "successful order notification" will be sent to the email address you provided when you made your order, containing the verification QR code.Please present your ID and verification code at the 5F observatory entrance.
＊Please cooperate with the security check of your belongings when entering the venue, and do not bring in any outside food, pets, prohibited items or dangerous items.
＊Free admission for Taiwanese preschoolers under 115cm or under (and including) 6 years old, one parent must accompany the ticket holder.

＊In view of the current global epidemic, Taipei 101 Observation Deck reminds visitors to prepare masks and wear them throughout the visit in order to comply with government policy and provide a safe travel environment for visitors.
★How to Redeem★
＊Enter the venue directly with your voucher
＊Please arrive at the observatory entrance within 30 minutes of the time you selected.
＊Please set the screen to the brightest when scanning the QR code
＊Please redeem the voucher and collect a physical ticket at the ticket counter if you arrive late for more than 30 minutes
＊If you would like to visit earlier than the chosen time, you need to go to the online reservation counter on the 5th floor to inquire. The staff will assist you with rescheduling based on the availability
Exchange location: Sky entrance on the 5th floor of the observation deck. Please present your QR-CODE at the exchange machine for admission.
