After placing your order, you will receive a "Order Confirmation" email to the email address provided during the purchase. This email will contain a QR code for redeeming the purchased item. Please visit the Gift Shop on the 5th floor of Taipei 101 Shopping Center during business hours, and present your identification along with the QR code for verification by our staff.
All product images are taken in kind. Due to factors such as computer screen color differences and shooting light, there may be slight differences between the photos and the actual objects. Please refer to the actual product.
Due to manual measurement, the dimensions of the product may have an error of plus or minus 2cm. Please refer to the actual product.

The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to checkout separately.
After a successful payment, please pick up your order at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the order date, including the order date. If the order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be automatically canceled. Please enter a pick-up date within 14 days from the order date on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the order date, the system will use the record from within 14 days of the order date.
If there are changes in service, activities, or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
