1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, which will allow you to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up your items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the purchase date. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. In the event of changes to services/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the product supplier may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
