1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and reorder. Refer to the Order Modification section in the Shopping Guidelines for more details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place items from the same brand in your shopping cart to proceed to checkout; if you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is advised to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please collect your items within 14 days (including the day of order) from Taipei 101 Shopping Center during business hours. If not collected within 14 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. On the order page, please select a pickup date within 14 days from the date of order. If a date beyond this range is chosen, the system will automatically set it within 14 days from the order date.
4. In situations such as service/activity updates or changes in product details, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may contact the buyer directly or cancel the order if necessary.
