As part of the experience, guests are invited to use a traditional calligraphy brush to handwrite a personal note, which will be sealed together with a portion of Maokong Tieguanyin tea. This unique ritual not only preserves the flavor of the tea but also captures the memory of your journey in a truly meaningful way.

Validity & Usage Rules:
The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation.
Each ticket may be used once only.
Example: If the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, all tickets in this package must be used by October 30, 2025.
Maokong – Tea Sealing Postcard DIY Experience
In Maokong, travelers often send postcards as souvenirs. Inspired by this tradition, the Maokong Leisure Agricultural Area created a unique Tea Sealing DIY activity combining tea and heartfelt messages.
Visitors can handwrite a note, a wish, or even just a single word on special stationery, then seal it together with a portion of Maokong Tieguanyin tea inside a specially designed postcard envelope. The sealed postcard can then be mailed to yourself or loved ones, so that when the recipient opens it, they not only read your heartfelt words but also enjoy the comforting aroma of Maokong Tieguanyin.

Important Notes
Check-in time: Please arrive at the counter of participating shops 10 minutes before the session. Punctuality is required; latecomers may be refused entry to avoid disrupting other participants.
No-shows: Once attendance has been checked in and verified, cancellations or absences are non-refundable.

After completing your booking, a “Booking Confirmation Email” will be sent to the email address you provided. The email will include QR codes for both attractions.
Please visit at your reserved time. No ticket exchange is required.
Taipei 101 Observatory: Present the QR code directly at the 5F Observatory entrance for admission.
Maokong Tea Sealing Experience: Present the dedicated “Maokong Tea Sealing Experience” QR code at the counter of participating shops. The staff will verify and redeem your voucher before you join the activity.

Taipei 101 Observation Deck Business Hours: 10:00 - 21:00
Last admission time: 20:15. On special holidays or extended holidays, operating hours will be announced separately.
• Please complete your registration and purchase by the day before your scheduled visit. Same-day booking on-site is not available.
• This product includes one full ticket to the observation deck (excluding 101F).
• This product includes one Maokong Small Sealed Tea Experience per person.
• Present the "Maokong Small Sealed Tea Experience" QR CODE at the partner store's counter for service staff to verify and redeem.
• Maokong Small Sealed Tea Experience check-in time: Please check in at the partner store's counter 10 minutes before the start of the class. Be punctual for registration and admission. To protect the rights of other participants, latecomers may be denied entry.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or absences after check-in and verification for the Maokong Small Sealed Tea Experience.
• The system does not offer an order modification feature. If you wish to change the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and rebook. See the shopping notice for details on order modifications.
• Once a product is redeemed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
• The redemption is valid for one-time only; after redemption, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• This product does not accumulate or offset shopping credits.
• This product is subject to a 30-day validity limit, which requires use within 30 days from the day of first ticket use (including the day of first use). For example, if the first product is activated on October 1, 2025, the latest expiration date is October 30, 2025.
• The ticket must be used within its validity period. Tickets expired are automatically considered used and verified, and no refunds, exchanges, or any form of compensation can be claimed.
• By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above regulations.
