1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, which will allow you to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pick-up date on the order page within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the date of purchase, the system will record within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. In the event of changes in service/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
