1. Your order is equivalent to requesting the store to reserve the merchandise. If you are unable to pick up the goods within the specified date, please inform us in advance. Failure to pick up the goods on time will result in the cancellation of the order, and no refund will be provided.
2. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
3. To expedite the service process, we recommend placing only one brand of merchandise in your shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, we recommend checking out in separate transactions.
4. After successful payment, please pick up your order at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be automatically canceled. Please enter a pick-up date within 14 days from the date of purchase in the designated pick-up date field on the order page. If you select a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the purchase date.
5. If there are changes in services/events or the merchandise itself, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the merchandise may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
