1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you need to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so that you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. If there are any changes in services/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
