After the order is completed, a "Order Success Notification" will be sent to the email address you provided during ordering. It contains a QR code for product redemption. Please visit the Bigfoot Travel Agency Reception Room (Address: 6th Floor, No. 2, Section 2, Nanjing East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City) at the scheduled time, and present your ID along with the redemption QR code for verification by our staff.

1. Cabin supply conditions will be adjusted based on actual booking situations, and the travel dates are for reference only.
2. The itinerary may change due to seasonal and weather conditions; the actual itinerary will be based on the one confirmed on the departure date.
3. When placing an order, it is required to sign a standardized travel contract to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

After successful payment, please collect your items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center during business hours within 14 days (including the day of order); if not collected within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the day of order. If you choose a date more than 14 days from the order date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the order date.
4. If there are changes to services/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the product provider brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
