Light and Shadow: Immersive Journey into the Palace Museum
For the first time, this fully immersive exhibition uses light and shadow to awaken cultural artifacts, allowing you to travel through historical landscapes and enter the exquisite paintings of Lang Shining and the Four Seasons landscape.
The Palace Museum, in collaboration with Science and Culture Co., Ltd., is launching its first fully immersive exhibition, showcasing the charm of classic paintings and the integration of light and shadow art! "Wandering through the Works of Art" focuses on Lang Shining's fusion of Chinese and Western paintings, demonstrating how this Jesuit missionary incorporated Western painting techniques into the Eastern court, creating stunning artistic treasures. "Journey through the Four Seasons" presents the landscape masterpieces of the Song and Yuan dynasties, such as Guo Xi and Wen Zhengming, using flowing brushstrokes to recreate the poetic beauty of the four seasons.
The exhibition combines AI technology and generative art to create large-scale light and shadow paintings with high-resolution projections on all five sides, allowing the paintings to come to life in a fully immersive space. You will experience the awe-inspiring fusion of history and technology, engaging in a dialogue across time and space with the classic cultural artifacts of the Palace Museum, and sharing in an immersive feast of art and culture.
Special Feature:
The Palace Museum's classic animated film "National Treasure Dolls Enter the Treasure Mountain" vividly explores the classic national treasures such as "One Hundred Horses" and "Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains," making learning about national treasures enjoyable for the whole family.
