1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you need to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the Order Modification Instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the date of purchase, the system will record it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. If there are any changes in service/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the provided brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
