1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you need to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
2. To expedite the service process, we recommend placing products from a single brand in your cart when making a purchase, allowing you to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, we recommend checking out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up your items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please enter a scheduled pickup date within 14 days from the purchase date on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record a date within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. In the event of changes due to service/events or product updates, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order when necessary.
