1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place items from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, in order to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the ordering page with a date within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the date of purchase, the system will record a date within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. In the event of changes in service/activities, or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the products may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order when necessary.
