1. The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and reorder. See the order modification information in the shopping instructions for more details.
2. To expedite service operations, it is recommended to place only single-brand items in your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout process; if you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is advised to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up your items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the order date (including the day of the order). If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please fill in a pickup date within 14 days from the order date on the order page; if a date selected exceeds 14 days from the order date, the system will record a date within 14 days from the order date.
4. In cases of service/activity changes or product updates, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
