Validity & Usage Rules:
The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation.
Each ticket may be used once only.
Example: If the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, all tickets in this package must be used by October 30, 2025.
Shilin Residence Main Hall – A Historic Home
The Shilin Residence Main Hall was originally built in 1949 as a guesthouse for foreign dignitaries by the Taiwan Provincial Government. The building, a two-story sloped-roof structure, combines wooden construction and reinforced concrete, providing a simple yet practical design. In 2006, restoration work began, and the project was completed by the end of November 2009.
Inside the residence, both the Main Hall where President Chiang Kai-shek and his wife lived, and the military barracks for staff and guards, are painted in dark green, blending seamlessly with the surrounding greenery. The design also serves a dual purpose, offering both camouflage and protection.
The small garden at the Main Hall invites visitors to enjoy the beauty of flowers, fish, and birds, creating an elegant atmosphere. The arrangement of the residence’s living spaces offers a glimpse into the everyday life of President Chiang’s family during that time.

After completing your booking, a “Booking Confirmation Email” will be sent to the email address you provided. The email will include QR codes for both attractions.
Please visit at your reserved time. No ticket exchange is required.
Taipei 101 Observatory: Present the QR code directly at the 5F Observatory entrance for admission.
Shilin Residence Main Hall: Present the e-voucher (QR Code) at the entrance, where staff will verify and allow you to enter.

In line with space optimization and operational planning, effective July 1, 2026, the TAIPEI 101 Observatory Ticket Counter and Entrance will be temporarily relocated to the 1st Floor of the Office Tower.

Taipei 101 Observatory Operating Hours: 10:00 - 21:00
Last admission time: 20:15. For special holidays or consecutive holidays, operating hours will be announced separately.
•Please complete your reservation by the day before your scheduled visit as same-day reservations cannot be made on site.
•This product includes one full ticket to the observatory (excluding 101F).
•This product includes one full ticket to the main building of the Shilin Official Residence.
•For the Shilin Official Residence main building ticket, please present the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the entrance for validation by staff before entering.
•Closure may occur either partially or fully and events may be postponed or canceled if the local city government announces a stoppage due to "Natural Disaster Work Suspension Procedures," or other management units deem it necessary for visitor safety based on actual conditions in the area. The organizer will announce and contact in advance in such cases and reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change event details.
•The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you wish to change the reservation date or quantity, please cancel the entire order and rebook. See the order modification information in the shopping instructions.
•Once a product or gift has been validated for use, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
•Redemption can only be done once; after redemption, it cannot be refunded or canceled.
•This product does not accumulate or offset shopping money.
•This product has a 30-day validity limit, meaning it must be used within 30 days of the first ticket's activation (including the day of first ticket use). For instance, if the first product is activated on October 1, 2025, the latest validity date is October 30, 2025.
•This ticket must be used within its validity period; it automatically becomes invalid after the expiry date. Tickets not used by the expiry date will be considered used and completed, and unfortunately, refunds, ticket exchanges, or any form of compensation cannot be provided.
