After placing your order, a "Order Success Notification" will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. It will contain a QR code for redeeming the product. Please present your identification and the QR code at the 5th floor gift shop of Taipei 101 Shopping Center during business hours, where our staff will assist you with the redemption.
All product images are taken in kind. Due to factors such as color differences in computer screens and shooting light, the photos may have slight differences from the actual items. Please refer to the actual product.
Due to manual measurement, the size specifications may have an error of plus or minus 2cm. Please refer to the actual product.

The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
After successful payment, please pick up your order at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase, including the purchase date. If the order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it within 14 days from the purchase date.
If there are changes due to service/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
