After the reservation is completed, a "Reservation Successful Notification Email" will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. It will contain a QR code for the admission service. Please present your identification and the QR code at the reserved time at SAKImoto Bakery, a premium raw toast specialty store, located at B1F of Taipei 101 Shopping Center, where the staff will assist in confirming your reservation.

1. Your order is equivalent to requesting the store to reserve the merchandise. If you are unable to pick up the goods within the specified date, please inform us in advance. Failure to pick up the items on time will result in the forfeiture of the merchandise and no refund will be provided.
2. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping guidelines for details.
3. To expedite the service process, we recommend placing only items from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase. This will allow you to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, we recommend checking out separately.
4. After successful payment, please pick up the order at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during operating hours. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be automatically canceled. Please enter a pickup date within 14 days from the date of purchase on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record within 14 days from the date of purchase.
5. If there are changes in services/events, or the items, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the items may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order when necessary.
