After your order is completed, a "Successful Order Notification" will be sent to the Email address you provided during the order. This notification includes a redemption QR code for picking up the product. Please visit the Bigfoot Travel Agency Reception Room (Address: 6F, No. 2, Section 2, Nanjing East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City) at the scheduled time, and present your identification documents and the redemption code for verification by our staff.

1. Cabin supply will be adjusted based on actual booking conditions, and the itinerary date is for reference only.
2. The voyage may vary due to seasonal and weather factors, and the actual itinerary will depend on the scheduled departure date.
3. A standardized travel contract must be signed at the time of booking to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and reorder. For more details, please read the order modification details in the shopping guide.

3. After successful payment, please pick up your order at Taipei 101 Shopping Center during business hours within 14 days (including the day of order). If you do not pick up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page to be within 14 days from the order date. If you select a date beyond 14 days from the order date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the order date.
4. In the event of service/activity changes or product modifications, Stage@Taipei101 or the product-providing brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
