1. Our system does not provide an order modification feature. If you wish to change items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. For more details, please read the order modification instructions in the shopping guidelines.
2. To expedite the checkout process, it is recommended to place only items from a single brand in the shopping cart. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, consider checking out separately for each brand.
3. After successful payment, please collect your items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center during business hours within 14 days (including the day of order). If the items are not collected within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Ensure that the scheduled pickup date on the order page is within 14 days from the date of order. If a date beyond that is selected, the system will record a date within 14 days from the day of order.
4. In case of changes due to service/events or changes in products, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
