2. The delivery time depends on whether the product is in stock. The delivery time for purchased jewelry varies from 48 hours to 7 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on product availability. For newly released or catalog-included jewelry, the delivery time is 45 to 60 days. Please check the dedicated section on the product page for the delivery time of your favorite jewelry.

1. The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the shopping instructions for details on order modification.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only one brand of product in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so that you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is advisable to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the item at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of order (including the order date) during the operating hours. If not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please enter a scheduled pick-up date within 14 days from the order date on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the order date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the order date.
4. In case of changes in service/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
