1. The system does not provide the function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place items from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you intend to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up your items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please enter a pick-up date within 14 days from the date of purchase on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the date of purchase, the system will record it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. If there are changes in services/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
