1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping notes for details.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place items from a single brand in your shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date) during operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please enter a pick-up date within 14 days from the date of purchase on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. In case of changes due to service/events or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order as necessary.
