2. The delivery time depends on whether the product is in stock. The delivery time for purchased jewelry ranges from 48 hours to 7 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the availability of the product. For newly launched or catalog-integrated jewelry, the delivery time is 45 to 60 days. Please check the dedicated section on the jewelry page for its delivery time.

1. The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you want to change the items in an order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Refer to the shopping instructions for details on order modification.
2. To expedite service operations, it is recommended to place only items from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, to proceed to checkout. If you want to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
3. After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days (including the day of purchase) during business hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please enter a scheduled pickup date within 14 days from the purchase date on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the purchase date, the system will record it within 14 days from the purchase date.
4. If there are changes in services/events or products, or under other necessary circumstances, Stage@Taipei101 or the product brand provider may directly contact the buyer or cancel the order.
