Tea Features

Unlike the heavy feeling of large-leaf red tea, the small-leaf red tea from the Alishan tea area has a slender and tender shape with delicate and tender buds and leaves. The orange-red and clear tea soup has a slightly sweet fruity aroma, making it a delightful and elegant taste.

Brewing Method

Small pot brewing
Tea amount: about 2/5 of the pot
Water temperature: 90 degrees Celsius
Time: (warm the pot, do not rinse)
First steep for 20 seconds, second steep for 20 seconds, third steep for 25 seconds, fourth steep for 30 seconds, fifth steep for 35 seconds

Cup brewing method
Tea amount: cup capacity x 0.015
Water temperature: 90 degrees Celsius
Time: 8-10 minutes

After placing your order, a "Order Confirmation" will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase, including the QR code for participating in the appreciation service. Please present your identification and the QR code at the scheduled time to "Yao Yang Tea House" at B1F, Taipei 101 Shopping Center, where our staff will verify and assist you.

  • Store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
  • When storing tea leaves, try to remove the air as much as possible, fold the bag tightly, and fasten it.
  • Store in a dry, cool place without strong odors.
  • The system does not provide order modification function. If you want to change the products in the order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the shopping instructions for details on order modification.
  • To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you want to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
  • After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the order date (including the order date) during business hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the order date. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the order date, the system will record within 14 days from the order date.
