In 2022, the Master Control collection celebrates its 30th anniversary since its launch in 1992, showcasing Jaeger-LeCoultre's dedication to high-level watchmaking. The Master Control collection also symbolizes the introduction of the "1000 Hours Control" internal quality standard at Jaeger-LeCoultre, which has since been applied to all watch series and represents the brand's commitment to excellence in luxury watchmaking. The Master Control watches embody Jaeger-LeCoultre's relentless pursuit of precision timekeeping and the continuation of traditional mechanical watchmaking craftsmanship and classic complications in the 21st century. The two new Master Control steel watches with interchangeable bracelets integrate calendar displays and chronograph functions more comprehensively into modern daily life, reflecting Jaeger-LeCoultre's understanding of the importance of an active lifestyle in today's world.
The Master Control Chronograph Calendar reinterprets the iconic elements of the classic series, featuring a round case, curved lugs, dual finish with satin-brushed and polished surfaces, dauphine hands, applied hour markers, and the Jaeger-LeCoultre logo. This timepiece displays calendar, chronograph, and moon phase functions and comes with two different straps—a new interchangeable design allowing wearers to effortlessly switch between a casual steel bracelet and an elegant Novonappa® calf leather strap with a folding buckle, instantly adapting to different occasions. The watch's appearance varies depending on whether you choose the steel bracelet or the Novonappa® leather strap with a folding buckle. Simply press the two buttons between the case and lugs to easily change the strap. Whichever strap is chosen, the wearer's wrist will exude an air of elegance.
