Please present your identification and the QR code at the designated time at JO MALONE LONDON Store on the 1st floor of Taipei 101 Shopping Center, where our staff will assist you.

  • To expedite the service process, it is recommended to have only one brand of items in your shopping cart when making a purchase, as this will allow you to proceed to checkout. If you want to purchase items from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
  • After successful payment, please come to Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the date of order (including the order date) during business hours to pick up the items. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please enter a tentative pick-up date within 14 days from the order date on the order page. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the order date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the order date.
