After the order is placed, a "Order Confirmation" will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process, which includes the QR code for redeeming the product. Please visit the Gift Shop on the 5th floor of Taipei 101 Shopping Center during business hours, and present your identification and the QR code to the staff for verification.
All product photos are taken of the actual items. Due to differences in computer monitor colors, lighting during photography, and other factors, there may be slight variations between the photos and the actual items. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.
As the products are manually measured, the dimensions may have a margin of error of up to ±2cm. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

The system does not provide a function to modify orders. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one. Please refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.
To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, so you can proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is recommended to check out separately.
After successful payment, please pick up the items at Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days from the order date (including the order date) during the operating hours. If the items are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Please fill in the scheduled pickup date on the order page within 14 days from the order date. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the order date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the order date.
If there are changes in services/events or products, or if necessary, Stage@Taipei101 or the brand providing the product may directly contact the purchaser or cancel the order.
