1. The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you wish to change the items in your order, please cancel the entire order and reorder. Please read the order modification instructions in the shopping guidelines.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in your shopping cart to proceed to checkout; if you wish to purchase products from different brands, it is advised to checkout separately.
3. After successful payment, please collect your items at the Taipei 101 Shopping Center within 14 days (including the day of order). If not collected within 14 days, your order will automatically be canceled. The scheduled pick-up date on the order page should be within 14 days from the order date; if the selected date exceeds 14 days from the order date, the system will record it as within 14 days from the order date.
4. In the event of changes in services/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
