After placing your order, a "Order Success Notification" will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process. The system does not provide the function of modifying orders. If you want to change the items in the order, please cancel the entire order and reorder. Please read the order modification instructions in the shopping instructions for details.

After the payment is successfully completed, please come to the Taipei 101 Shopping Mall to pick up the item during business hours within 14 days from the order date (including the day of ordering). If the item is not picked up within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please fill in the scheduled pick-up date on the order page within 14 days from the order date. If you choose to exceed 14 days from the order date, the system will record it within 14 days from the order date.
If there are changes in services/activities or products, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may contact the orderer directly or cancel the order if necessary.
