To pay the highest respects to the police and firefighting heroes throughout Taiwan who stand firm at their posts to ensure the safety of the Taiwanese people, a special "Heroes of Police and Fire Services" promotion will be held from June 1 to June 30, 2025. Active police and fire service personnel can bring one direct blood relative or legal spouse on weekdays to visit the observation deck for free. This promotion requires a reservation system; participants must book a slot at Stage101 in advance, and then proceed directly to the entrance on the 5th floor of the observation deck without needing to exchange for an entrance ticket. Simply show your police or firefighting ID and the reservation QR-Code upon entering.

Reservation method:

Active Taiwanese police/firefighting personnel (including volunteer police/firefighters), can bring one direct blood relative or legal spouse on weekdays to visit the 89th-floor observation deck for free.
This promotion requires booking a slot at Stage101 in advance. Simply go to the entrance on the 5th floor of the observation deck during your reserved slot, show your police or firefighting ID and the reservation QR-Code, and enter without needing an entrance ticket.
You must present your police or firefighting ID upon entry.
This promotion is only applicable for visiting the 89th-floor observation deck, the 91st-floor outdoor platform (closed during rain, strong winds, or other force majeure conditions), and the 88th-floor exit level (vibration damping sphere viewing area).

Direct blood relatives: refers to grandparents, parents, or children.

1. To ensure the event runs smoothly, please be sure to: correctly select the total number of people (including the companion) when making a reservation. The system will send a corresponding number of QR codes based on the number of people reserved. Each person must have their own QR code for entry; sharing is not allowed.
2. Free participation is only available to the police or fire personnel who made the reservation and must be present personally; direct relatives or spouses cannot use this privilege to enter alone if the reserver is absent, nor can the privilege be transferred to others.
Please use this ticket within the designated time; late entries will not be permitted, and we ask for your understanding.
Tickets for this event must be reserved the day before.

After your order is complete, a "Successful Order Notification" email will be sent to the email address provided during the order process. This email contains the redemption QR code for the viewing service. Please, according to your scheduled time slot, directly go to the entrance on the 5th floor of the observation deck without the need to exchange for a ticket. Just present your emergency service identification and the reserved QR code for scanning to enter.
