Chef Sauthier will host a supreme fine dining event at Diamond Tony’s Suiyi Bird Place 101 in Taipei 101. This exclusive event, titled "Luxurious Starry Sky: A Michelin-Star Feast," will span over two days with only 50 seats available each evening. His culinary style is deeply influenced by his homeland—the French Alps in the Savoie region. His warm and abundant dishes rely entirely on natural products and ingredients. His philosophy emphasizes the seasonality of ingredients and respect for terroir, highlighting these elements through his cooking while preserving their purest flavors, making him one of the prominent figures in contemporary French cuisine.
