The head chef carefully selects abalone, Hokkaido scallops, and wild Taiwanese mullet roe. Premium sweet chestnuts are chosen for their sweetness and density, paired with thick and juicy Puli shiitake mushrooms. With the richness of Dongpo pork and the delicacy of Changhua salted egg yolks, the flavor is exceptionally aromatic and rich. The chef's private recipe is mixed into specially selected glutinous rice, creating a luxurious taste with the fresh aroma of rice dumpling leaves, offering a rich layer of flavors and a chewy rice texture.
