After completing your order, you will receive a "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you provided during the purchase. It will contain a QR code for redeeming the product. Please present your identification and the QR code at the scheduled time at the Swatch store located at B1 of Taipei 101 Shopping Center, where our staff will assist you.
