1. The system does not offer an order modification feature. If you wish to change the products in your order, please cancel the entire order and reorder. For more details, refer to the order modification instructions in the shopping guidelines.
2. To expedite the service process, it is recommended to place only products from a single brand in the shopping cart when making a purchase, which allows you to proceed to the checkout process; if you wish to buy products from different brands, it is suggested to checkout separately.
3. After the payment is successfully completed, please collect your order within 14 days (including the day of order) from the date of ordering during the business hours of Taipei 101 Shopping Center. If the order is not collected within these 14 days, it will be automatically cancelled. On the order page, please fill in the scheduled pick-up date within 14 days from the date of order. If you choose a date beyond 14 days from the ordering date, the system will record it within 14 days from the order date.
4. In the event of service/event changes or product modifications, Stage@Taipei101 or the product providing brand may contact the purchaser directly or cancel the order if necessary.
